1.  INITIAL CONSULTATION – FREE

Let’s talk!  We’ll sit down, maybe have a coffee or tea, and get right down to it, discussing what your Company is all about.  This initial meet and greet is our client screening process.  Remember our initial meeting is free (including the coffee)!

We’ll take our meeting notes back to our office and do some initial research on your Company in order to decide whether or not we’ll be able to assist you with your requirements.


2.  PROPOSAL – QUOTE FOR CONSULTING SERVICES

You will receive a follow-up email from Web Solutions by Laura with our decision as to whether or not you have been accepted as our new client.  If you have been accepted, your email will include a Proposal – Quote for Consulting Services from our Company.

If we feel we are not able to assist you, we will make every attempt to direct you to one of our colleagues that may be able to help.

3.  CONSULTING – CLIENT AGREEMENT

Once you have agreed to terms of Proposal – Quote for Consulting Services, we will email you our deposit and payment terms, together with fee schedule.  Consulting Services are based on one year term.

4.  ACTION PLAN – OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

Once we have received your initial deposit, it’s time for another sit-down to present you our written Action Plan for your business.  We’ll may recommend a new logo for your Company, or you may already have suitable branding.  If you already have a website, we’ll have a written critique prepared for you.   Your website may only need some content rewriting or “tweaking”.  We may recommend a brand new website.  Remember – we’re on your side.  We’ll try to cut costs wherever possible when it comes to effective online presence.

Detailed research with regards to your business competitors will also be presented to you, together with recommendations that will include our expert course of action when it comes to website rankings in the search engines.
